We need your help!
The Riverside Middle School Musical Theatre Company is performing the musical, The
Lion King, on May 12th, 13th, and 14th 2016. Traditionally, the theatre program depends
on fundraising efforts, along with ticket sales, to produce a successful show (for this years
production as well as next years production).

We offer lots of affordable ways for you, your family, your neighbors, local merchants, etc.
to support our program:
Sponsor the theatre program and your name will be
listed as a donor in our playbill
And/or
Place a Good Luck Message to a cast member in the playbill
And/or
Place a 1/4 page, 1/2 page, or full page ad in the playbill
The sponsorship/advertising contracts are being sent home with every cast member. Plus,
they will be posted on the Riverside Middle School website until the end of March. (Do you
want the web address listed here? Is the end of March too late?)
Please note, all sponsorship/advertising contracts need to be returned to Riverside Middle
School by Monday, April 4, 2016. Cast members should bring the completed contracts to
Mr. Baldaia.

How to sponsor the Riverside Middle School Musical Theatre Program:

1. Fill out the sponsorship/advertising contract and indicate sponsorship level

$10 = Donor
$15 = Patron
$25 = Star Patron
$50+ = Superstar
We will print your name in the playbill under the matching sponsorship level.
2. Have a cast member return the contract/payment to Mr. Baldaia during rehearsals up until Monday,
April 4, 2016. If you prefer, you can mail the contract/payments directly to

How to place a Good Luck Message in the playbill:

1. Fill out the sponsorship/advertising contract. Please print the good luck message clearly.

We will print your message(s) in the playbill in a special Message section.

If you would like to purchase more than one Good Luck Message, please attach additional messages to
the contract. Be sure to include payment for each.

2. Have a cast member return the contract/payment to Mr. Baldaia during rehearsals up until Monday,
