ECI provides a Flexible Spending accounts that allows employees to put aside money on
a pre-tax, monthly basis to cover out of pocket medical and dependent care costs, as well
as parking and transportation expenses. Medical includes, dental, prescription, vision and

Employees may contribute funds pre-tax into the traditional 401k or post-tax into
the Roth 401k.
Contributions can be split between the traditional and Roth 401ks, but the total
cannot exceed $17,000.
ECI offers a discretionary match each year.

Covered through CIGNA, this is given to each employee who enrolls in health insurance.
One eye exam per every year is covered and discounts vary on contacts and eyeglasses
but include at least a $150 for glasses per year and a 30% discount on frames. Lasik
surgery discounts from 10 25%.
$150 Benefit to employees who join a gym for 4 or more months per plan year.
