Please ensure that you have accepted your Appointment Letter in

Ultimatix.

Books withdrawn from IRC should be returned back.

GRs should share all the requirements for the Facilitation team for
the entire LG.

Release letters will be handed over, based on the clearance mail

received from all stake holders.

You should carry the original release letter while reporting base
branch RMG.

VA & Reimbursements

You will be eligible for Variable Allowance w.e.f the date of reporting
at base branch. It will get credited along with your salary.

Travel reimbursement gets credited to your ERA account.

As per the ILP accommodation policy,associates who did not got

their first preference are eligible to get either an accommodation for
initial 3 days or Rs.1000/-per day in metros and Rs.800/- per day in
non-metros .
