Translation: - Do not ask about the caste of a saint ask about his knowledge no value of a sward that remains
in case.
Jeevat samajhe jeevat bujhay, jeevat hi karo aas,
Jeevat karam ki phaans na kaati, moye mukti ki aas.
Meaning: - We must not differentiate any person by his cast but instead.
Translation: - Beggaring is like to be dying nobody begs beggaring to be dying is better then beggaring this is
the taught of teacher.
Translation: - Soul of poet Kabeer becomes as much holly as water of river Ganga, the God also wandering
back to the poet asking Kabeer Kabeer.
Meaning: - According to Kabeer if your soul becomes holly then the God also follows you.
Translation: - The poet Kabeer Das ji said that neither wealth died nor the soul even the body died but greed
doesnt die.
Meaning: - Everyone should leave greediness.
Kabeera sohi peer hai, jo jhane par peer
jho par peer na janahi so kaphir be peer.
Translation: - The poet Kabeer is saying one who knows about others trouble is only (Peer ) the saint. Who
doesnt know about others trouble is a person without master.
Meaning: - Everyone should be polite and humble for others troubles.
Translation: - Tree never eats fruit and river never drinks water. For others purpose a saint opt a body.
Meaning: - The great people always have tendency to give something to others never want to have for
themselves.
Translation: - Human life is rare give again and again a leaf that a tree dropped never attached to tree again.
Meaning: - Human life is rare so do not waste it.
Translation: - Forgiveness befits the person who are great, scoundrels are always naughty and destructive.
Whats the loss secured by the God Vishnu after receiving a blow from Maharishi Bhrugu.
Meaning: - Great people always forgive all faults of a scoundrel.
Jyon nainan me putali, tyon maalik ghat ke maahin

Chaar jannaa mil tujhe uthaayaa,

Holi jaise phunk diya phir,
Tukadaa daalaa lakdee kaa,
Kahat kabeer suno bhai saadhu,

Translation: - Four people jointly uplifted you prepared a seat of wood. Upside wood and downside wood
prepared the cremation seat from wood. Put in fire like Holi (a festival of Hindus) the piece of wood thrown.
The poet Kabeer is saying listen the saint this all is game of wood.
Meaning: - This is a couplet showing importance of the wood in last procession of a human.
Translation: - The leader must be like mouth that is one for eating and drinking. Have care for all organs, Tulsi
(the poet) with wisdom.
Meaning: - The leader must be like mouth that doesnt make any difference among all followers.
Translation: - The poet Kabeer is saying that when we born we were crying and whole world was laughing. Do
something like this, that we laugh and the world weep.
Meaning: - Do something good and great in your life that people weep missing you when you die.
Bada hua to kya hua jaise perd khajoor,
Panthi ko chhaya nahi, phal laage ati door.
Translation: - What benefits being enlarge like the palm tree, no shadow for the passenger and fruits are also
far away.

Control the mind, not the beads or the words.

Kabir, the rosary made of wooden beads, what can it teach you?
If you don't control your minds motion, why control the beads motion?
Jab Mein Tha Tab Hari Nahin Jab Hari Hai Mein Nahin
Sab Andhiyara Mit Gaya Jab Deepak Dekhya Mahin
Translation
When I was, then Hari (God) was not, Now Hari is and I am not
All the darkness dissolved, When I saw the light within.
Meaning
Before duality, God was and I was not. Now I am, and God is not seen. Darkness dissolved when I saw God within me.

Translation
Shaving the head Ages have passed, yet no union with God
Recitation of Gods Name is futile, when the mind is doing something else
Meaning
Control the mind - observe it.
Don't concern your self too much with other peoples actions - they will have to face the consequences, not for you to
be sad.

Translation
Kabir, He alone is the Warrior , who takes on the mind head-on
Crushing the sensual five, all duality gone
Meaning
The real fighter, the real Warrior is the one who takes on his own mind. The Mind controls the 'sensual five', the five
senses of sight, sound, touch, smell. These senses tell us lies, they tell us that duality exist, though we know that it
does not.

Like the dumb guy who eat sweet Sarkara, he only Smiles
Meaning
The story of love is to be experienced, it can not be expressed, it can be known and felt - but not by the five senses.

Meaning
Don't worry, be happy.
This Is World You Can Expect So Many Things / Behaviour Not Logical But You Have To Live
With It / Cope With It.
A sparrow flies away with a beakful of water. A river does not have
any depletion of its water due to this. Similarly one does not decrease
his wealth by giving donation.
The earth bears the digging. The forest bears the axe.
A person who is good bears the harsh words. Others
cannot bear the harsh words.
