Strength
Our biggest strength is our unique product which
contains secret ingredients which will help in:
a. Detoxification
b. Increases the immunity
c. Good for skin
d. Feel fresh for whole day
e. Good for those people who go to gym and
health conscious.
f. Feels warm in winters
g. Will give importantvitamins and minerals to
our body which we cannot get from our daily
food.
h. Reduce body fat.
i. Improves brain functions
j. Inhibit growth of bacteria and improves
dental health
k. Lower the risks of cancer and cardiovascular
diseases
l. Lower the risks of diabetes
We are good in service as we give options to our
customers to call on our tollfree number and a chat
option on which our executives will be available
24/7.
We are working on making an app which will guide
our customers through different yoga asans and
health exercises and guide them about health
benefits of green tea.

What other people see as our strength is ous


product which is totally unique and customizable
according to customers needs and our customer
support service which is up to the mark and user
oriented.
There is one more strength of our organisation is
that we use organic products and research and use
of three years to make the product unique and
effective.
It is purely herbal so it doesnt have any side
effects.
Our plan of action will be our advertising
campaign:
a. Online marketing campaign on websites
such as: google and bing,
b. Organising events such as handing out free
bottles on retail stores and gyms.
One of the unique quality which I observed when I
went to the supermarket or retail stores is that in
the beverage section,I could not see a drink for
health conscious people or for people who go to
the gym. So, I could see that there should be a
huge demand for a healthy and herbal tonic as
people of these days are becoming more aware
about their health issues.
We will also be donating a share or percentage to
charity due to which we can hire volunteers to help
us distribute and advertise our products in local
stores.
Weakness

Our weakness would be an instant funding run a


huge campaign which could benefit us a lot in
startup.
Where we are lacking is management of our
resources if we get more demand than supplies
due to funding.
We should be avoiding physical resources such as
business location for the moment as we will be
selling online.
We also dont have enough employees and
volunteers right now.
Our current process is totally based on demand
due to which we are unaware of our profits.
What we can improve is do more research on
products like this which is an ongoing process and
which will eventually leads to more success.
Market trends can also result in effect on selling of
product as to see how a customer reacts to a
product depends upon it.
Oppurtunities
People are getting more aware of their health these
days so it is a huge market due to not having a
readily available health tonic in the market right
now.
It will be available in cold and hot forms.
As we have researched there is a huge oppurtuinity
for our business in US and Canada.
Eventually we will be hiring marketing managers,
accountants, advertisers and volunteers which will
upsell our product drastically.

Our charity and funding will improve the image of


our product and we can organise events for
political leaders.
We can also improve our products according to
customers needs.
Mouth publicity will be our biggest advantage as
we will be making a good relationship with our
customers by customizing the product and helping
them by guiding them about health benefits of our
product and at the same time motivating them
about keeping them healthy.
We will also be working on app which our users can
install for free which will guide them about
different yoga and health exercises and how they
can improve their health by reducing the risks of
diseases by using our product.
Threats
Our threats can be our competitors which are
already in the market and have a huge clientel as
they are using advertising strategies already tested
and implemented.
There can also be a delay in delivery times as we
will be delivering it through the third party.
One of the threats which can seriously damage our
position is managing the business when the supply
increases as we are unaware right now that we will
adapt to the situation or not.
We are currently unaware of our advertising
budget.

Our biggest obstacle can be experience and


guidance of a experienced faculity who can give
our business a new prespective.
So In the end I would like to say that hopes are
high as I was looking at one of the CEOs biography
who made a drink called 5 hours and it instantly
became a huge hit in the market as there were
already available drink in the market but still they
were able to make a huge impression.
Whereas the product we are selling is
totally unique and there is no health beverage
available in the market until now which is herbal,
readily available and healthy. Once people get
enlightened enough of our product it will definately
make people use our product.The unique quality of
our product is the taste which will be sweet due to
natural sweeteners. No artificial flavours will be
involved in that.

PEST ANALYSIS
Political
Political stability: It is one of the core factor
which we can overcome by involving political
leaders into our charity and funding campaigns.
Tax guidelines will be followed as per the laws as
we will hire accountants and CPA to manage our
tax related issues.
Trade regulations will be as per the rules and
whatever the duty is bearable will be given.

Safety regulationis the most important aspect to


us as basically our product is purely herbal but
additionally of all we dont have enogh
employees to care about safety regulations right
now and moreover,the product will be an export.
Employement laws as stated earlier will not be
ineffect right now even if they are will be
followed accordingly.
Economical
Infaltion can practicaly not effect our business as
our product is for health conscious individuals
and moreover the prices are also not very high.
Unemployement rate can't effect as much as we
will be having volunteers and most of the
business is handled online so our employeeswill
be to the minimal.
The policy factor is something which we still
have to work out with our CPA.
We are totally aware of the business cycle of the
country which will repeatedly handled by our
CPA.
Socio-cultural factors
We will be doing an ongoing research in
customer behaviour to know the customer
demographics.
Cultural limitations cannot effect our product as
it is a purely herbal and vegetarian product.
Lifestyle of some people can effect our business
as we have to keep them motivated about being
healthy.

We can educate customers about health benefits


of our product.
Technological factors
The technology can readily affect our business in
a positive way as we will be working online as
any new advancement can help us advertise our
product in a better way for ex. We can contact
publishers and affiliate marketers for upselling of
our product on commission basis.
Analysis
So,altogether theoratically most of the factors
involved are on our side and to be in a business
and work it out is totally a different aspect but
we are ready to learn and experience it as a
team and be positive about our product and do
what is good for business.
As per our research our competitors are doing
fair enough in the same field. So, right now we
are totally depending upon our marketing and
advertising strategies with the help and
guidance of experienced faculty who can guide
us about the factors we are unaware of.
