Managed several critical categories representing a multi-million dollar annual spend. Developed
a sourcing strategy for each supplier with a goal of significantly reducing costs while monitoring
stakeholders' satisfaction levels. Provided analytical intelligence and support of Indirect
Sourcing activities including mining new spend savings opportunities.
Spearheaded a Lean Six Sigma project that resulted in significant cost savings and
