Summary
The Manhattan Beach real estate market enjoyed an 8.8% bump in the market median sales price for November, which amounts
to $182.5K compared to October. All other major data points, however, failed to perform to expectations as total sales, median
days to sell, and the sales/listing ratio trended negative in double digit territory. Thankfully the year-over-year analysis revealed a
$62+K improvement in the market median sales price.
In the news According to C.A.R., statewide sales were below the 400,000 mark for the first time in eight months while
the statewide median home valuation holds strong in the $475K range.
