Project description
Project was developed as a reaction to the increase of Youth unemployement. The project
covers this problem from both points of view in complex way - from point of view of young
people, with Youth exchange program being organised for the target group among
participating countries which is focused on finding personal strenghts and weaknesses, on
ability to assert, act in assertive way, control body language, knowledge on how to write CV
and cover letter in English. At the end of the exchange, the participants will make short spots
which will show mistakes made during job interview. Next part of the project is Training
course for Youth workers with unemployed youth which will be focused on activation of
young people and their motivation fo self-development and job-searching. The workers will
share their experience from work in participating countries durig the project, they will
develop time-management techniques, couching, leading a motivational interview and
develop techniques of recognizing inner sources of the person. They will work out a plan for
young unemployed people to develop within their organisation during the project. Then, the
participants will create a handbook called Just Grow Up which will serve as handbook for
working with young unemployed people in the organisations.

Dates: 28. 6. 5. 7. 2015 (2 extra days for the journey)

2. day Getting to know each other, Sharing experience with looking for a job in
different countries.
3. day Excursion into eduactional agency, excursion into Job centre, discusion about
the possibilities. Workshop about possibilities in EU programmes.
4. day Workshop get to know yourself, your srenghts, weaknesses, discussion,
workshop dramatherapy, creative drama.
5. day Workshop Me and my future, what I nee to do
6. day Workshop Body language, assertive communication, how to write CV and
Motivation letter.
7. day Workshop way to my dreams, Youthpass, project evaluation.

!Before your arrival, please, try to collect feedback from the participants of Youth Exchange. You have
to know well also the situation in your country, especialy in your region about the Young unemployed
people!

Please take also some traditional food or drink from your country. We will find also time to
talk about our countries and traditions

Language
The working language is English. All participants should be able to understand and
communicate in this language.

Information about hosting organization

The Organization Rodinn centrum Kamard Nenuda o.s. is a non-profit organization.
The Kamard-Nenuda family center was set up in 2007 as a place for parents with small
children, children and young people. The center offers a number of activities for adults with
the option of having their children looked after for the entire duration of the activity. We offer
various activities for children and youth (teenagers) as well.
Mission:

promotion and protection of young people
offer a variety of ways for adults, children and young people to spend their spare time
in a way they find enriching; contribute to life-long education via discussions,
seminars and lectures

Participants
Youth Exchange

Target group Young unemployed people in age 20 30 years old. Every organization has to
choose 4 people (exept organisations from Romania every organisation has to choose 2
participants). Every organisation has to send also Group leader (Organisations from Romania
has to arrange which organisation will send the leader). Together 30 participants.
Please, pay attention to the gender balance during the choosing your participants.

Training course
Target group Youth workers who work with Young unemployed people. Every Organisation
has to choose 2 people (Every organisation from Romania has to choose 1 worker) Together
12 participants.

We will pay your journey during your staying in our organization. Please bring all your
original tickets with prices. Without these documents we can not pay your journey. Please,
scan your tickets and send them to our email address before the arrival (2weeks before), then
