If the payments are not made before the due dates the seat will be offered to the next waitlisted
candidate.
Please note that:
The Software Fee, paid annually, covers the cost of individual licensed copies of software, which will be purchased by the college
and put on the students personal laptop. Please note that while each student will get a copy of the licensed software needed,
the licence will be in the name of the institution.
The Health and Accident Insurance Fee is an annual fee, which ensures that all students are insured for any accident and
medical emergencies that might inadvertently occur in or during the college study period. A complete medical history with
a full health check up done at a recognised hospital must be submitted to the college office as a necessary pre-requisite to
registration. The details of the health check up will be provided along with the admission letter and the date of the check up
must be within the stipulated period between admission and registration.
The Study Tour Deposit, paid annually, enables the college to organise outward-bound trips that form part of the curriculum.
This deposit will have to be topped up each year, based on actual expenditure. This deposit does not cover foreign travel,
expenditure incurred for exchange programs, competitions, exhibitions, local field trips / travel expenses, electives and
participation in non-sponsored courses. These expenses will be billed and will need to be paid for separately.
The Consumables Deposit enables students to avail of photo-copying, printing, using the wi-fi enabled internet on campus and
also covers the purchase of simple, everyday materials needed to use the wood or metal workshops. This deposit will have to be
topped up each year, based on the actual expenditure incurred.

Additional Expenses
a. Students are also required to purchase a laptop (with given specifications for their course of study) and digital camera.
b. The cost of student housing and food is not included in this document.
c. All students will have to pay a one-time accreditation fee and an annual fee that will cover the cost of other university
services levied by the University of Mysore. This is not included in the published fee schedule and will need to be paid on
registration with the university.

Refund
Refunds will be processed within one month of the receipt of a written request as per the financial refund policies of Srishti.
