Resumption Procedures

1)

No student will be allowed into the school premises without identity

card.
2)

Registration for all returning students starts on Monday 4th January


2016 and ends on Wednesday 6th January, 2016 from 8:00am to
3:30pm each day.

3)

Late resumption/registration commences on Thursday 7th January,


2016 to Friday 8th January, 2016 from 9:00am to 2:00pm each day and
attracts a fine of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) flat.

Note: In case of ill health of your child or ward, please inform the school on
or before Monday 4th, 2016 and be ready to back up your report with a formal
and comprehensive medical report with the hospitals letter headed paper
duly signed by the doctor.
4)

Only students that have duly cleared arrears of school fees (if any) and
paid the fees for second term 2015/2016 session will be registered and
accepted.

5)

Parents/guardians should ensure that their children/wards barbs or cut


their hair before returning to school.

6)

All returning students should line up in front of the staff room with their
bags and other belonging to be thoroughly checked by form teachers
before proceeding to the hostels.

7)

No student is allowed to bring or use handset in the school.

8)

All returning students must present two underwears and two


compound wears in the colour of their houses.

9)

All returning students will pay one thousand five hundred naira
(N1,500) cash for extra lessons in Mathematics and English Language.

10)

All returning students must deposit their pocket money to their


accounts in Principals office and withdraw when need arises.

11)

Any student who is seen with money in the hostels or in the class more
than the stipulated amount for withdrawal in a day will be suspended
for one week (1 week) and on return pay a fine of five thousand naira
(N5,000) cash.

12)

All defaulters of school fees are not going home with their first term
2015/2016 session examination result.

PTA Meeting/Visiting Day


The school authority has approved Saturday 20/2/2016 for PTA
Meeting/Visiting day for second term 2015/2016 session from 9:00am to
5:00pm on the dot beginning with a Holy Mass by 9:00am.
Note:
A)

Any parents/guardian who comes to meeting/visiting without visiting


permit will pay a fine of one thousand naira (N1,000) cash.

B)

Apart from PTA meeting/visiting, parents/guardians are not allowed into


the school to see their children for whatever reason.

C)

Cooked food is not allowed during visit, it is an offence that attracts a


fine of One thousand naira (N1,000).

WASSCE & NECO SSCE


The registration for external examination is a routine done by the student in
the final year classes annually. The school receive registration guidelines
from the various examination bodies such as WAEC, NECO and Benue State
Examination Board. The guide lines shows details and specifications for
registration per candidates, such details include; the amount of money to be
paid per candidate, the duration of the registration i.e. when it will start and
end.
The role of the schools is to co-ordinate these examinations for both the
exam bodies and the candidates, by receiving and forwarding relevant
information appropriately. One of the most important information is the
amount to be paid by candidates which is communicated to parents with the
day and date the registration will end.
