Have you ever looked up a new building thats being constructed and
wondered how every worker knows exactly what to do in given day? Have
you ever wondered what it takes to make sure that the materials get to the
construction site on time that the workers focus on the most important task
that the building is constructed? Well, this responsibilities are the main
concern of a team responsible for the building, it is the architects, engineers,
building planners and other more.
A project is defined as a complex undertaking that has learn goals has
a definite beginning and end, and can be broken down into pieces into more
specific task. A group can have any number of projects going on at any one
time and handle all of these well, given the proper tools.
IT projects are manage in similar way as the other. The project
managers take care of all necessary resources schedules the specific task
and estimates the total time it would take, just like in a movie production,
they take time in planning and doing time scale on the specific project in a
right place in the right time.
The really place a key role in making sure that the design, execution
and completion of the project go as planned. Think of the project
management as the conductor of an orchestra. A conductor leas sections of
the orchestra to play at any given points; an IT project manager directs
members to complete each task. The end result in both should be
harmonious and well execute.
In a project cycle, it includes Problem Definition, Planning and Design,
Development, Testing and lastly deployment. After which maintenance goes
on.
Every successful project always begins with realistic plan. To make sure
that the plan is organized and on schedule a project teams needs a project
manager. These defines phases are known collectively as the project life
cycle.

In what do day do we commemorate the Philippine independence, do
we need also to commemorate our Philippine heroes that suffered and
sacrifice themselves for us to commit independence? In the modern world,
we Filipinos working abroad is now considered as the MODERN HEROES.
It cant be halt that our heart may cried out for this truth. Somehow a
lot of Filipinos decided to migrate to the foreign nations to survive, it is their
choice to leave due to they families needs. A lot of Filipinos suffer and
sacrifice in working overseas and left far away from their homes just to give
them money for their future. Our dearest OFWs our modern heros those
Filipinos who left our country for their sake and for the economy. Filipinos
who still hope for countrys survival and success. Those Filipinos who proudly
presented by our government in informal way. Those who become the back
of our country.
But we consider them as heroes? Why? They leave us, now we are
having this brawn and brain drain. How can this only Philippines survive!
How can we struggle for our everyday purpose, we didnt turn back to our
country. In fact we leave without a word, yes the money it helps the
economy, but maybe one day, Filipinos will be out of their homelands.
Remember you must be back from where you are.
But money roles the world. But among all let us not just forget that the
true hero in our country is US. Filipinos who stayed and protect it. As long as
you believe that you are Filipino you are a hero, we all can be a hero. We
youth, I, they, us that become a nation that surpass the trials the test and
continue to protect Philippines independence is a HERO. Praise be to all
