There was no GD

Instead of a GD, the shortlisted candidates were asked to perform a

group task

Groups of 8 were formed and they were assigned different verticals

in a firm and asked to recruit among 50 people, whose photographs
were given to them

Brushed up the concepts of Marketing Planning studied in first term
Prepared his introduction in a very creative way- in the form of a comic strip, whose
protagonist was he himself
Through this comic strip he depicted major instances in his life since childhood to
applying at GCPL for summer internship
Also wrote a poem about himself as part of task to introduce yourself in an innovative
way

Why do you think, you were selected?

Questions in interview were largely focused on his previous work experience so could
give convincing answers

Interviewers appreciated him for his creativity & out of the box thinking in preparing a
comic strip to introduce himself
