What Skills are required to be groomed?

We often noticed that most of the otherwise brilliant people failed to achieve better careers just
because their skills are just restricted to academics. Each career requires a comprehensive set of
skills; some are nurtured through academics while others require certain specialized training
which is not normally offered in traditional schools. One needs to put extra effort to nurture and
