Total closed escrows for Redondo Beach residential properties increased 64.3% month-over-month to end 2015. Other positive
metrics include median sales price (+0.2%) and sales-listing ratio (134.5%). The flip-side to this coin is that median days to sell and
total net listings produced less favorable numbers, or +17.6% and -29.9% respectively speaking. The median sales price year-overyear metric improved 9.5% or $72.5K for properties located in this highly coveted beach community.

California, up 6.4 percent from a revised 382,720 in 2014.
