With my parents permission agree to participate in the 2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED
STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant, to be held in Houston, Texas June 25-30, 2012. I also agree that should I win the title of
MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES that I will participate in the 2013 International MISS T.E.E.N. Pageant the following year, if I am a
miss contestant and win the title of MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL I will participate in the Miss Intercontinental
Pageant later this year. I also agree that I will not post any pictures of myself on Facebook, Myspace or any other social networking
website that would degrade or embarrass the MISS T.E.E.N., Miss Intercontinental or my national director Gaspar Cruz, my state
director and or my parents. If asked to remove certain content from any social networking website I will do so immediately without
question. I also understand that I am a representative of young ladies throughout the United States and will behave and carry myself
with the utmost respect as a young woman in this position should. I also understand that I am a minor and as Miss Teen United StatesWorld I will not participate in any illegal behavior during my year. Any breach of this contract will result in the immediate termination
of my title.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This writing constitutes the terms and conditions of a binding agreement between the above named delegate and the Gaspar Cruz
Productions and/or its state directors, organizers of the 2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED
STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants, to be held in Houston, Texas June 25-30, 2012.
Section 1.

Teen Contestants stipulates that she is a born female at least 14 years of age, as of July 1, 2012, and not over the age of
19 years old as of July 1, 2012. Miss Contestants must be 19 years of age and no older than 27 years of age by the time
of the international finals.

Section 2.

Delegate stipulates that she is single, never married, never pregnant, never a parent, and never had a marriage
annulled.

Section 3.

Delegate stipulates that she is of good moral character, and has never been convicted of a crime.

Section 4.

Delegate stipulates that she has read all of the rules and regulations set forth, and agrees to all matters pertaining to the
pageant.

Section 6.
Delegate stipulates that she is a resident of the state or country she represents for at least six months.
Delegate must be a citizen of the country she is competing in or representing.
Section 7.

Delegate and family agree and understand that awards for the winner of any scholarship will be distributed at the end of her reign.
The 2012 winners understands that any sort of scholarship is to be distributed after the completion of her reign and must meet the
eligibility requirements. She must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to receive her scholarship, Each semester she fails to maintain her
GPA she forfeits her scholarship for that semester. Scholarships are paid after each semester she fulfills the requirements. MTUSW
can lose her scholarship if she does not fulfill her obligations or violates any part of this contract. Titleholders must also send us
official transcripts that must be sent by the school and not the scholarship recipients.

Section 8.

Delegate stipulates that all other prizes will be distributed to the winner at the
conclusion of her reign, unless otherwise noted.

Section 9.

Delegate understands that her Parents travel to and from the international pageant host city is their own responsibility & that the
the pageant will only provide transportation to the winner

Section 10.

Delegate agrees to bring to the pageant the following:


A. One long competition evening gown.
A1.International delegates must bring a national costume
B. One Interview suit or dress for her personal interview with the judges

C. Casual clothing for rehearsals


D. Outfit for orientation
E. Expense money to cover incidentals during her stay at the pageant.
F. All clothing and articles for daily use.
Section 11.

Delegate stipulates and agrees that the pageant will pay for the following
items on behalf of the delegate:
a. Hotel accommodations (to be shared with another contestant)
b. Designated meals during her stay.
c. Official Swimsuit and Swimsuit Shoes
d. Official contestant sash imprinted with title
f. Female Adult chaperone's who will supervise the contestants & hired security personnel.

Section 12.

Delegate agrees:
a. To furnish a head-shot and paperwork for pageant production needs
b. To furnish her own travel to and from Houston for the pageant unless otherwise noted by the director.
c. To not incur any debts on behalf of Gaspar Cruz, MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants.
d. To observe all deadlines regarding ad page fee's, photos, and ad pages, and agree that
failure to meet designated deadline dates, can at the option of the pageant, void you
as a participant with no refund.

Pageants and its sponsors and directors have The exclusive rights to use photographs or film of delegates, for publicity,
Advertising, and related purposes, and further agree that there is no remuneration. All photos and paperwork submitted to
MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants become the
property of Gaspar Cruz, MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants and are not returned.

Section 13.

Delegate agrees that if she wins the title of MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL 2012, she will travel to the site where the 2013 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS
UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant is held. Delegate further understands that transportation from her
hometown, including hotel accommodations, and meals, will be the responsibility of MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED
STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant. These arrangements apply to the winning delegate only.

Section 14.

Delegate understands that the pageant provides security for contestants during their stay.

Section 15.

Delegate agrees to cooperate with pageant staff, choreographer, producer, and officials of the
Pageant.

Section 16.
Delegate agrees that the starting of malicious rumors and poor behavior are grounds for immediate
dismissal from the pageant with no refund.

Section 17.

Delegate understands that the pageants are not responsible for expenses incurred by family members and friends that accompany
her to the pageant, and further, that they will not receive special treatment at any of the functions.

Section 18.

Delegate understands that rehearsals are closed to family members and the general public. Friends and family members must
understand this, and plan their activities accordingly while in Houston.

Section 19.

Delegate agrees that she has never posed for any photos that would be deemed inappropriate.

Section 20.

Delegate agrees that immoral behavior, at the discretion of the pageant, shall result in the immediate disqualification, loss and
return of all prizes awarded, and the forfeiture of the title. Delegate understands that in such an event she will be responsible for
any damages sustained by the Miss Teen World Pageant.

Section 21.

Delegate agrees that any dispute arising or relating to participation or the obligation of the delegate and the pageant stipulated
herein, shall be settled in accordance with Texas Law, and the Harris County Texas USA Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
over such disputes.

Section 22.

Delegate agrees that all fees paid to MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants are non-refundable, under any and all circumstances. Fees will be forfeited should the selected
delegate be unable to compete, and funds collected up to that point will be forfeited. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
Further, You are free to withdraw from the pageant at any time, but under no circumstances will you or a sponsor be entitled to a
refund, either full or in part that has been paid. No exceptions to this rule.

Section 23.

Delegate agrees that should there be a scholarship the recipients will receive scholarship funds in eight equal installments for their
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior college years. Excess funds may also be used for graduate school. .

Section 24.

Delegate understands that she may compete in the pageant again unless she has been named one of the winners.

Section 25.

Delegate agrees that false statements on delegates application and forms, failure to perform her obligations hereunder, or any other
violation of the terms and conditions set forth, will not only disqualify her from participating in the finals, but shall this infraction
occur, that there will be no refund of any fees paid to pageant or remuneration for financial responsibilities that the delegate has or
will incur.

Section 26.

Delegate understands that she is required to adhere to the schedule at all times.

Section 27.

Delegate understands that there will only be one representative from each country in the Miss Teen World Pageant.

Section 28.

Delegate understands that she may withdraw from the competition at any time, however will not be entitled to a refund either in
full or in part, that has been paid to the pageant. Delegate further understands that if she arrives at the pageant and then decides to
withdraw their will be no refund of any fees paid to the Pageant. No exceptions.

Section 29.

Delegate understands that failure to meet all deadlines may result in the loss of the title awarded her by the pageant selection
committee, and that another young lady may be given that title at the discretion of the pageant.

Section 30.

Delegate agrees to all judging procedures associated with the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED
STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants.

Section 31.

Delegate agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations now in effect, or any new rules and regulations mandated in the future.

Section 32.

Delegate understands that she is required to furnish a copy of her birth certificate if requested by pageant officials.

Section 33.

Delegate understands that once she has been selected as an official delegate to the 2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED
STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants she may make personal appearances representing her title,
and further, that she must do so only at events that would be deemed appropriate and honorable, and only with the written
approval of the Miss Teen World Pageant and/or their national director .

Section 34.

Contestant agrees that the pageant has exclusive rights to changes, which may involve titles awarded by the Miss Teen World
Pageant, scheduling, and format.

Section 35.

Contestant agrees that if she is the winner of the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants she will not make any personal appearances without the written permission of Gaspar Cruz,
MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants and/or one of its
employees or sponsors.

Section 36.

I agree to all of the rules and regulations set forth, and all of those mandated in the future.

Section 37.

I fully understand that Gaspar Cruz, The MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES
INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants are not responsible for official photographs and videography of the pageant. The official
photographer and videographer are independent contractors, and thereby all communications regarding video and photographs
must be directed to the respective parties.

Section 38.

Delegate and her family understand that if she requires a special diet during the pageant she will be responsible for her own meals
at her own cost. All other contestants meals are covered by the entry fee.

Section 40.

Delegate understands that parents, other family members and friends of contestants must behave in a positive manner at all times.

Section 41.

Delegate and family members understand that their will be no videography or flash photography of contestants, with the exception
of the official videographer and official photographer while in the ballroom. Excessive flashing can tend to blind contestants when
walking on the stage, so this rule is for the contestants safety. All cell phones must be turned off in the ballroom during the
performances, and they are not permitted during rehearsals.

Section 42.

Delegate understands that It is important to be prompt for all scheduled functions. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Section 43.

All photos submitted to the pageant become the property of the pageant and will not be returned. Please do not send us keepsake
photos.

Section 44.

Delegate understands that the national title awarded to her by the pageant extends from the date of selection to the conclusion of
the international pageant. You may not use the title for any other purpose other than your participation in the Miss Teen World
Pageant. Your title becomes null and void after the conclusion of the international pageant, Unless you are a national titleholder
with a national director.

Section 45.

The MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants reserves the
right to use your image as a national representative in our pageant for whatever reason should this be warranted.

Section 46.

I understand that I nor my parents, friends or other family members will pass out business cards, other pageant related literature
without the express permission of the pageant. This behavior is frowned on in pageantry and will not be tolerated.

Section 47.

Delegate and family understand that certain prizes are donated from outside sources, and are donated in good faith. Delegate and
family fully understands that the pageant and its staff are not liable for prizes that are not awarded by any outside sources.

Section 48.

I understand and my family understands that no parent, sibling, other family member or friend or anyone else other than pageant
staff and contestants are permitted in the dressing area leading to the dressing area at any time. This will be cause for immediate
disqualification.

Section 49.

Delegate and family understand and agree that once she has checked in to the pageant on Monday June 25, 2012 she cannot leave
the hotel for any reason until the pageant event has concluded on June 30, 2012 unless accompanied by a pageant official.

Section 50.

Delegate and family understand and agree that name, photos, likeness may be used in any and all future pageant advertising
promotional materials, website, or advertising, video, etc.

Section 51.

Delegate understands that family members of pageant executive Gaspar Cruz will not be permitted entry into the MISS T.E.E.N.,
MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants. Any other candidate who meets
the qualifications for entry and if accepted may participate.

Section 52.

I fully understand and agree that if I am the winner of the 2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS
UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant title I will not be permitted to enter another pageant during my reign.

Section 53.

I fully agree and understand that if I am currently a titleholder of a local, state, or national title prior to my participation in the
2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants, I will not
be allowed to retain this title should I be crowned, unless the title is a national pageant affiliated with the pageant.

Section 54.

My parents and I fully understand that I must be responsible for my own possessions while at the pageant. The pageant and its
staff are not responsible for your phone charges, computer charges, room service, television charges, or any other charges not
mentioned in this section.

Section 55.

I and my parents fully understand that if the winner of the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED
STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants title the rules and regulations, including judging criteria may differ at a international
pageant, and that I enter the pageant knowing this and promise to abide by all judging and scoring categories of competition at
international competition.

Section 56.

Gaspar Cruz and the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL
Pageants has made it clear to our contestants and titleholders their will be a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal behavior, or major
violation of the rules and regulations of any candidate seeking the title. We believe our program encourages contestants to be good
role models for our youth. We also encourage young women to become aware of the issues facing society and to become socially
active in promoting causes that matter to them.

Section 57.

I understand and my parents understand and agree that I will be disqualified from competition or should I win the title, relinquish
title and prizes if I have been found to have partaken in any activity, including my photo or likeness in any way that would be
demeaning to the title of MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL.
Further, if I have been found drinking alcohol, using illicit drugs, convicted of a misdemeanor or felony. This morals clause also
applies to past behavior prior to this competition, which would reflect negatively on the pageant.
Delegate understands that your sponsorship/entry fee helps defray the cost of meals and hotel accommodations for contestants only.
If you however require special meals due to health reasons, dietary restrictions or preference, you will be entirely financially
responsible for those meals. Designated meals are pre-determined for the entire group.
Delegate and parents understand that you cannot solicit sponsorship until accepted as an accepted delegate. By receiving this
contract and acceptance packet you may now seek pageant sponsorship. Please note to ALWAYS be respectful to potential
sponsors, local businesses, and their establishments.. If conducting a fundraiser ALWAYS seek permission first from the business
owners or shopping center. Your behavior is a reflection on you as a potential contestant and the pageant.
Delegate and parents understand that Gaspar Cruz, the Miss Teen World & Miss Teen United States-World Pageant cannot be
held liable should the international pageant be canceled, postponed, changes qualification requirements, etc. The winner of the Miss
Teen World Pageant will represent her title the following year or when the pageant resumes its new date.
* PLEASE BEWARE OF SIMILAR SOUNDING PAGEANT TITLES LIKE MISS TEEN UNITED STATES, MISS TEEN
WORLDWIDE or MISS TEEN WORLD INTERNATIONAL, MISS U.S. INTERNATIONAL WITH A WORD ON THE END.
THERE ARE SEVERAL. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR ESTABLISHED COMPANY.

Delegate and parents understand and agree that no video, camcorder or other recording by another party of any event at the
pageant outside the sanctioned company hired to cover the show can post a video to youtube.com or any other media. This is called
internet piracy and is punishable by law.

I hereby release Gaspar Cruz, the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL
Pageants officials and staff from all liability of every nature in association with participating in the pageant. Further, I agree that in the
event of illness, I will be totally responsible for any and all costs pertaining thereto, including physician fees, hospital and emergency
care, and costs for any and all medications. I release Gaspar Cruz, the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS
UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants, and its officials and staff, from all liability in the event that I should sustain any
accident or injury during my pageant stay, or in my travels to and from the pageant. I have read and have understood the
aforementioned terms and conditions, and hereby agree to all of the provisions set out herein. I acknowledge that this is a binding
contract between Gaspar Cruz, the MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL

I hereby grant permission for my daughter to fully participate in all activities involved with the 2012 MISS T.E.E.N., MISS T.E.E.N.
UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant. I understand and agree to all of the guidelines and rules
set forth. I understand that should my daughter be unable to participate, she will forfeit all fees paid to Gaspar Cruz, the MISS T.E.E.N.,
MISS T.E.E.N. UNITED STATES & MISS UNITED STATES INTERCONTINENTAL Pageant, including the title awarded her by the
pageants. I fully understand the obligations set forth in this document, and agree to all of the articles. Signature of contestant, parent or

INTERCONTINENTAL Pageants makes this a binding agreement, between the parties. I further understand that as a parent I and my
spouse (if applicable) will exhibit good sportsmanship and behavior while at the state pageant. This is essential for a positive pageant
experience for everyone involved. I as a contestant and with my parents signature constitute this agreement as binding.
