Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine whether the relationship
between the personality trait of sensitivity and satisfaction is moderates by
group size. This quantitative study was carried out using multiple measures
survey questionnaire, involving 257 out of 300 workers from manufacturing
assembly plant in Wales, UK. The majority sample was females with 108
(70%) and 77 males (30%) ranging age was 35 years. The finding lends
support the P-E fit theory (Kristof, 1996). However, this study attempted to
use P-E fit theory to explain why some people are more dissatisfied than
others even though they are all placed in the same inequitable situation.
Also, its support equity theory (Huseman et al., 1985), that not all people
are equally be inequity compared with less sensitive ones. This research
provides valuable understandings for mangers who wish to gain employee
satisfaction toward group size and co-workers. The managers will be more
knowledgeable and understand the employees sensitivity and fit them in the
right group size. The results of this study lends support to the P-E fit theory
in that people who fit in their environment tend to be more satisfied than
those who do not.

Abstract
This research study attempted to increase understanding regarding the ways
school administrators collect and use office referral data in the PreK-12
school setting to improve outcomes for students. The purpose of this study
was to understand the methods by which building-level school administrators
collect office discipline referral data, and to understand the ways they make
decisions based on that data. The paper examines the general lack within
education literature regarding this topic obscured administrators practices
and the potential, positive effects of such practices in improving education
for children. This research conducted a qualitative case study methodology
utilized in this study offered a detailed examination of the experiences of
eleven school administrators and the ways they collected and used available
data in their respective school buildings. The data collected from the
interviews in this case study have generated numerous topics for discussion,
including the use of rooting school-wide expectations in character education
programs and school wide behavior systems. The results of this study
suggest that a key message from school administrators to other school
administrators is that having consistent data collection and analysis practices
will lead to improvements for students.
