Heru or Horus is the guardian and champion of ma at (mayet), which is the cosmolog

What is the meaning of Horus?

Horus, in Greek discourse (horos), carries the significance of limit, boundary,
encircle, hem in, periphery, circumference, et cetera. The upper and lower limit
s on this planet and its celestial sphere are 19.5 degrees north and 19.5 degree
s south of the equator and celestial equator respectively.
Why 19.5 degrees or 1170 minutes of arc above and below the equator?
