Annual National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer.
Races begin at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2016
at the Celgene Start Line near THE PLAYERS Parking Lot
off ATP Tour Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Runners will begin along historic coastal A1A, and


meander through the unique beach communities of
Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach
and Atlantic Beach. Panoramic views of the Intracoastal
Waterway and tidal marshland welcomes runners to
finish the race, and breast cancer, at Mayo Clinic.

DONNA Curb Crew Cheer Zones


Spirited supporters are encouraged to wear PINK
and display colorful signs and banners to cheer on
the runners as they complete their journey to Finish
Breast Cancer. While runners can be viewed along
most of the 26.2 mile course, the following locations
are optimal viewing areas:

PVPV/Rawlings Elementary (AlA/Corona),


Ponte Vedra Beach
Between miles 1 and 2 for both the Full and Half
Marathon. 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Jacksonville Beach Sea Walk Pavillion


Between miles 7 and 8 for the Full Marathon.
8:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

The Story Behind the Finish

Mile 7 for the Half Marathon. Mile 20 for the Full


Marathon. 8:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

26.2 with DONNA is a private non-profit organization


producing the only marathon in the U.S. dedicated to
breast cancer research and care.

Beaches Town Center

Funds from DONNA helped to develop and maintain


the Mayo Clinic Breast Cancer Translational Genomics
Program. These funds make it possible for the laboratory
team not only to conduct state-of-the-art breast cancer
research, including the widely publicized Triple Negative
Breast Cancer Vaccine Trials, but also provide genomics
support for studies in all cancers. Funds also support The
Donna Foundation, providing financial assistance for the
critical needs of more than 8,500 women and men living
with breast cancer.

The JTA Beaches Trolley will be operational Marathon
Sunday providing continuous service for spectators to
key points along A1A in Jacksonville Beach, Neptune
Beach and Atlantic Beach.Visit our website for the

There is no spectator parking at Mayo Clinic.


To See the Finish, bus transportation will be provided
from the race start at 8:00 a.m. Continuous bus service
from Mayo Clinic back to the race start will be provided
from W.M. Davis Parkway.

5K participants earn our signature Running Ribbon medal
and experience the best Downtown Jacksonville has to
offer with a great warm-up race along the St. Johns River.
Bring the family for the fun run with Jaxson de Ville of
the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kids under 10 run FREE in the
Family Fun Run.

Camp located in Bull Memorial Park. DONNA Curb Crews


are invited all night to cheer these participants to the
finish line!

Before and after the race, all registered participants
enjoy our famous Runners Village for complimentary
muffins courtesy of Alley Cakes and fruit. Stay warm in
the Landstar Warm Up Tent with heaters and dont forget
your sunscreen from the Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery
Sunscreen Tent. Warm up with Retro Fitness, the Official
DONNA Personal Trainer. After the race, refuel with a
cup of soup in the Genentech Soup Tent and recover
with a massage in the CORA Sports Medicine Tent.
Runners Village will also offer gear check courtesy of
UPS, first aid, photo ops and more!

Rules of the Road


No one is allowed on the course without a valid bib.
Help keep the course beautiful by not littering.
Respect the property of others while spectating.
DO NOT use spray paint on the roadways. Only
washable chalk is permitted.
No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the course.
The course can be crossed at designated intersections.
No bikes or strollers are allowed on the course.
Spectators must stay clear of the course and off the
roads to avoid interfering with the participants.
Hold animals on a short leash. Keep them away from
the runners and be considerate of others.
Watch your children at all times. There will be
thousands of participants and spectators at the event.
