Charging pumps installation for direct transfer of ALS into Mfg from pipelines instead of drum
tilters, Cooling water jacket on Bulk carrying Pipelines for reducing temp of Hot bulk & Charging
the perfume in Storage tanks instead of Mfg Vessel thus reducing further batch time.
Undertook Soap Aesthetics Improvement Project and delivered on key parameters like reduction
in overall defects % of Bar Soaps, along with Manufacturing Streamlining, reduction in recycle
material & lowering of Billet temperature etc.
Participated in the Performance Improvement Project of Serac Filler Line, which was struggling in
performance because of bulk flashes while filling, developed an engineering solution by
reducing the bore size of the nozzle as well as developed local vendors of Nozzles.
Conducted Time Motion Analysis on Vanish Powder Filling Line, and implemented cost savings of
Rs6 lacs by manpower reduction.
Waste Management Project undertaken in which packaging material wastages of major SKUs
were reduced by 10% resulting in lower scrap factor % and considerable savings.

Conducted a detailed project on the concept of Power Trading and calculated the cost of
transmission to incur through Badarpur Site to different places, Grids required at junctures etc.
