1. Objective:
This policy lays down guidelines for National & Festival holidays to be observed in the
Company during a calendar year.
2. Applicability :
All the employees who are on direct rolls of the company, on job trainees, Consultants,
Interns of Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd, & Tikona Infinet Limited
3. Holidays:
The holidays shall not exceed 12 days per calendar year.
Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, and Labor day or any other holiday(s)
that are declared by the Central/State Government as National/State Holidays will be
included in the list of holidays.
4. Procedure:
These holidays will be fixed individually for various Hubs/Locations according to the
statutory obligations and the local practices. The holidays should be declared before the
close of the calendar year for the next calendar year.
