Corporation. In this Project Implementing CCTV Surveillance system at
Hospitals, Gardens, Parks, Bus Stops, BRTS,Railway Station,Kankaria Lake &
Zoo,River bridges, major public places etc.

Job Includes

Supervision of Implementation of AMC-CCTV Project activity like survey,

Implemention, installation, Project executed, Project Commissioning
Follow up to vendor For Location Finalize for Mount the IP Camera and Also
Decide the Junction Box Location
Help to vendor For Design Camera Networks and Junction Box Networks and its
routs
Help to vendor For installation of IP Cameras,VMS Servers and Recording
Servers
Follow up to vendor For Control room activity like Control room design, cable
Networks and setup equipment like Servers,Storage,UPS, Workstations
Monitoring in this Project and daily Reporting to Project Manager
Follow up to vendor For Troubleshooting Technical Problem.also Help to vendor
if requried
Manage VMS Server (Camera configuration, View playback & Export Recording
setting and users rights etc..)

Project:-Project Details:

More than 500 cameras and 10 control Rooms, location: AMTS,

BRTS, Hospitals, Gardens, River Bridges and Kankaria Lake and
Zoo. Team Size 3 Supper visors and 20 Operators, an Engineer
and a Manager.
554 camera, 30 Clients, 50 Servers, 12 NAS Storages, 100
Networks Switches,10 Bio metrics, 70 UPS Power Supply and 65
Locations WAN in Ahmadabad.
Installations and Commotions Enter Projects and Looking with
Operation and Maintains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

O&M Activity like Quick Technical support and Man power

managements.
Device Health Report, Recording Status, Evident Details, CCTV
Video Footage Register Reporting to senior management
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly.

All locations Issue Resolved as per time and tracking Devices

Log.

In control Room Maintain Visiting Register, Log Book, Inventory

2. City Surveillance and Intelligent Traffic Monitoring System

(CSITMS ) at Ahmadabad.

Understand the Technology like ANPR, RLVD, Speed Detection,

Face Recognition, Various Analytic, VMS, NVR, CCTV Cameras
Etc.
Site Survey for Demo & allot proper location to Vendors & try to
sort out their issues.
Evaluate different vendors on the basis of their Docs. , Demo &
Site visit by performance & testing
Prepare Evaluation Report for the same.
Try to calibrate limitation of the Technology on the basis of
collected data, & survey report. then suggest best alternative
solutions to improve the system performance
Cities survey for an approx. BOQ & understanding ground reality.

3. MCCV (Mobile Command and Control Vehicle) Project:

Technology understanding and do R&D activities for the same

Installation & commissioning Wireless Camera, NVR

Co-ordinate with local bodies & Established temporary CCTV

5. RATHYATRA/2013/2014

Establish a temporary CCTV Setup throughout the entire 17Kms route

for Ahmadabad police for Enforcement, live monitoring & Recording

done at CP Office

6. Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar Surveillance Projects.

7. Kankaria carnival 2013

Established temporary CCTV Surveillance network with local

control room having monitoring & recording facilities.
