main purpose of role

Globe is Universal Music UKs official Creative and Commercial Partnership division. Using music to
engage audiences, Globes partnerships deliver effective and compelling campaigns for brands. From
concept and strategic development through to campaign execution, Globe manages all aspects of
collaborations, with the worlds biggest musical artists and brands. Globe is looking for an Innovation
Intern passionate about all things cutting edge in the digital space, with a particular focus on creative
and commercial partnerships and how digital innovation can help revolutionise Globes campaigns.

Working with the Creative and Innovation team at Globe, who are passionate about delivering
original, compelling and ground-breaking campaigns in the creative and commercial
partnerships space, the Globe Digital Innovation Intern will have the opportunity to help
produce some of the most high profile, digital innovations worldwide, working with some of the
biggest musical artists and brands on the planet.
The Globe Digital Innovation Interns primary responsibility will be to support Globes Creative
and Innovation department by researching, developing, creating, implementing and delivering
compelling and unconventional creative ideas in the digital innovation space that will help
enhance Globes music-led, creative and commercial partnerships and campaigns.
Reporting to Globes Senior Director, Creative and Innovation, Globes Digital Innovation Intern
will also get the chance to work with Universals Global Digital Marketing Innovation
Department, as well as the individual digital teams in each of the UKs front line record labels,
to ensure the most innovative research and development in the digital space for Globe
campaigns.

Creative

Interested in partnerships both commercial and creative
Creative problem surrounding around partnership briefs
Develop analytical approaches to Globes digital innovation needs
High proficiency in web technology
Thorough in your understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
Happy to use initiative with confidence, and suggest improvements in digital innovation where
appropriate
Forward-thinker and motivated self-starter with a positive approach
