Runways 08 and 13 - Maximum allowable rate of climb on runway heading
to 4000' ASL before proceeding on course.
Runway 26 - No restrictions
Runway 31 - On right turn out, climb on runway heading to 4000' ASL before
proceeding on course. Other directions unrestricted.

ALL AIRCRAFT
Consistent with safe operating procedures, controllers will assign runways to divert
as many departures and arrivals as possible from flight over noise sensitive areas.
During periods when the tower is not in operation, pilots will be expected to
use Runway 08 or 13 for landing and Runway 26 or 31 for take-off when
operational conditions permit.
