Stakeholder Management knowledge area has four processes. There is one process each for Initiating, Planning, Executing and Monitoring and Control.
The table below presents the purpose and Key Benefit of each of these processes. PMBoK(R) extensively describes each process with its Inputs, Tools
and Techniques and Outputs. Stakeholder Management can either make or break your project and your career. Remember, stakeholders provide the
requirements, acceptance criteria and are affected by the outcomes of the Project. Managing them carefully would make a Project Manager manage
his/her project more peacefully.
