EXECUTION MANAG EMENT

Introduction
Not many staff/subordinates are fortunate enough to have a good working chemistry with their
bosses/superiors. A high lev el chemistry woul d certainly enable both parti es to hav e a
harmonious rel ationship, where they wi ll enj oy worki ng together as teammates.

Objectives
At the end of the sessi on, parti cipants are able to;
a. Understand boss’ s expectations, preferences, styles and needs at departmental l evel
b. Build smart-partnership (partneri ng) with the boss by complying wi th his expectations,
styles, and preference
c. Ensure work instructions are translated into clear course of action
d. Clarif y how to set personal and work objectives and priorities.
e. Understand how attitudes & values influence work habits & time management
f. Prepare an action plan for improving their time efficiency and effectiveness
g. Prepare an efficient “daily to do list”
h. Implement effective time management
i. Increase in work performance through effective time and schedule management
(efficiency & effectiveness)
