Gas Station project as " ROOKfES ". Are we paying these same people
PROFESSIONALS wages or are we paying them ROOKIES wages ? .... Or is their
wages set at25 oZ below professionals wages ( TFD " GREAT " TAX FREE WAGE

Refening to the Band Manager's report in the Christrras Boo-Maga, exactly what
TOUGH DECiSIONS have Chief and Council had to make since taking office ?
If these were such TOUGH DECISIONS, shouldn't these issues have been brought to the
general membership as for their direction to be decided ?

Why did C/C rant, rave and deciare outright that we owe the band +/- $ 50,000 up until
the lefter dated April 06,1995 ? Then all of a sudden we do not owe this bill .
As a band member , I do not give permission to have this bill written off. I wouid'like
legal confirmation as to who is legally responsible for this debt.

In the spring of 1994, Willie Sr. said that the land that Pioneer is leasing is worth $
100,000 / yr. Willie Jr. asked the band members at the meeting if this is what the band
wanted to charge Pioneer. There was an affirmative YES vote by the band membership.
What paperwork can be shown to justify not asking/telling Pioneer that we want $
i00,000 I yr for +/- 168,000 sq.ft of prime real estate ?
We charge $ 2,000 / yr for just a single billboard ( if not more by now ). After subtracting
the $ 2,000 for Pioneer's sign, now how much are we charging them for doing business on
our land ?
What was C/C 's legal option after direct request was vetoed by above said C/C ?
Was this option to call another band meeting and ask for more band membership input
and have the $ 100,000 request discussed further with more documentation to support
pro's and con's of each side ?
What is the exact dollar figure that Pioneer has paid to the band from the spring of 1991
up untii the present (12 / 1995 )?
Fiom start to finish ( Spring 1991 ---- to end of current lease ), how much does the barid
stand to earn from the lease to Pioneer, minus all of the band dollars that were invested ?
Is this amount double what the band has invested or was this just a misquote or early
miscalulation
