TVL-2 TV LIFT INSTUCTION MANUAL.

The Pop-up TV Co TV Lift system, is specifically designed for easy installation into
cabinetry, AV rooms, meeting rooms, or any type of application where automatic lifting
of equipment is required.
The Lift Column, model TVL-2 is a telescoping type column made
with prefabricated, inter-fitting solid steel tubes, with an internal 24VDC motor-gear box.
The TVL-2 Lift has a maximum load capacity of 80kg,
which is sufficient to lift up to 70 inch LCD & Plasma TVs on the market today.
The new TVL-2 Lift is equally suitable to be inverted, and thus ideal for ceiling
drop down applications.
The installation and set up of the system is extremely easy. Only four
screws are required to attach the lifting column to the cabinet wall panel/sub structure.
The electrical connections between all the main parts including Lift Column,
Control Box, Switch Box and IR receiver are plug types, which promote
easy installation.
Each TV Lift system is equipped
with an IR remote control, and corded handset. If the IR system fails, or is missing or lost, (IR handset)
the corded handset provides a backup to maintain operation of the lift.
The control box, with a built in micro-processor, provides the basic
operational functions of Up/Down/Store/Recall. The self-protection
feature continuously monitors the electrical current consumption of the
motor, and will abort the operation immediately if an abnormal rise in the
electrical current is detected.
The control box is CE and UL approved, and as such is compliant with all the necessary safety
requirements.
The accessories used to attach the LCD or Plasma TV to the lifting column are included, and
are very simple and easily adaptable so that most LCD & Plasma TVs can be used
with this TV Lift system.
The bottom and top heights of the lifting column can be modified, then memorized
electronically using the corded handsets set button. The top height of the lift can also be memorized
using the IR handset (M button)
