The Boy Scouts of Central Georgia serves over 5600


young men ages 7-17 in 24 counties of middle
Georgia. The goal of the Boy Scouts is to teach
leadership and to prepare our local youth to become
future leaders who care about and give back to their
communities. Your support will help enable us to
provide our two Scout camps, specific assistance for
those in need, adult leader training, Cub Scout Day
Camp, our Scout service center, staff, Cub and Boy
Scout roundup programs, “Drugs a Deadly Game”
program, program material, and other support
necessary for the Central Georgia Council’s
Scouting program. We hope you will support this
worthy endeavor and help make a difference in the
life of a child.
Sponsorship Levels

There is no charge to attend the Golden Eagle Dinner.


Individuals will be asked during the evening’s program to
consider a pledge of support to underwrite the programs of the
Central Georgia Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Sponsor table guests will not be asked for a pledge.

$10,000 Title Sponsor


• Title Sponsor of the event, i.e. IKON Boy Scouts Golden
Eagle Dinner

• Title Sponsorship recognition (logo) on all communications,


brochures and awards

• 4 eight person tables at the dinner

• Full-page ad in the dinner program

• 500-word Company profile and dinner recognition in the


council’s e-letter spring and summer issues (circ: 2100)

• Logo on all dinner invitations (published April 15 )

• Boy Scouts will coordinate a check presentation ceremony,


honoring the title sponsor, and will send photos and press
releases to news media in the 24 counties served by Central
Georgia Council (Baldwin, Bibb, Bleckley, Crawford, Dodge,
Houston, Jasper, Hancock, Johnson, Jones, Laurens, Macon,
Montgomery, Monroe, Pulaski, Peach, Putnam, Taylor,
Telfair, Treutlen, Twiggs, Washington, Wheeler, and Wilkinson
counties)

• Waived Scouting registration fees for 10 children in your


honor

$2,500 Silver Sponsor


• 1 eight person table at the dinner
• 1/3-page ad in the dinner program
• Logo on all dinner invitations (published April 15 )th

• 2 tickets for the dinner
• 1/4-page ad in the dinner program

The Central Georgia
Council
The Central Georgia Council is one of the
largest councils in
Georgia geographically, serving 24 counties of
middle
Georgia. Over 5,600 youth are served each year
in programs from first grade through high
school. About 1,800 adult
volunteers serve Scouting under the guidance
of a volunteer board of directors and a
relatively small professional staff of six.
Assisting the volunteers and professionals is an
administrative support staff of four.

Started in 1919, the Central Georgia Council


has served many thousands of prominent
alumni including former Senator and Eagle
Scout Sam Nunn, the late Brig. Gen. Robert L.
