Project Description:
Commit is an Enterprise Problem Handling tool used primarily by Banking Center (BC) and Contact
Center associates to log and track customers Service Requests, Problems & Complaints. Commit aims to
increase customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of customer (and non-customer) SRs,
Problems and Complaints. A Case logged by an associate will be routed to a specified queue based on
the type of complaint. Alerts will be sent to the person to who the case gets logged. The Associate will log
a complaint by selecting the list of High level, Sublevel, detailed level descriptions. The accounts of
deceased customers can be settled using the application.
We have four forms in Commit. Form 1 is used to log Banking center related issues, Form 2 Is
used to log the complaints of Privilege customers for quick resolutions, Form 3 is used to log Card related
issues and Form 4 is used to log Loans/Mortgages related issues. We have different roles; each role will
have different privileges. The case will be monitored until the case gets closed. The Customer will receive
alerts about the status of the Case though Phone/Email.
Responsibilities:

Reviewing & understanding the Business requirements.

Review the manual scenarios received from functional team.

Executing the complex manual scenarios for understanding the functional flow.

Develop the Re-usable actions & functions for common scenarios.

Develop the Business functions for functionality validations.

Developing the regression scripts by using Re-usable actions.

Maintaining the Automation scripts matrix.

Executing the automation regression scripts on release basis.

Project Description:
The main objective of this application is to provide medical services to the patients from anywhere in
the world round the clock, with specialist doctors from all over the world .if a person wants to consult a
doctor for treatment, he/she has to register in OHMS, once the entered profile details are verified, the
registered user logs in to application. The users purchase credits and find the required specialist doctors
through the links available in the count page of user. Here appointment is fixed with the doctor; the patient
consults the doctors in a given time through and gets the required treatment.
Not only patients, doctors also get registered through this OHMS and provide their services to the
patients all these activities perform by patients and doctors are monitored and controlled by admin
through admin module. Through admin module the admin will verify and activate the patients and doctors
profile and also manage the information available in OHMS.
Responsibilities:

Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application.

Participated in identifying the required Test scenarios.

Prepared and Executed Test Cases as per System Requirements.

Defect Reporting and Tracking.

Analyzed specifications and developed test cases.

QTP was used to generate automated test scripts for functionality.
