After actress Sheridan Smith saved a stray bull from being hit by traffic, we
look at other down-to-earth stars who have helped others less fortunate

Actress Sheridan Smith turned animal rescuer when she stopped to save a
stray bull from being hit by traffic.
The Mrs Biggs star, 33, was leaving her parents' home in Lincolnshire when
she saw the animal blocking the road.
She pulled her car across the road to protect the bull before calling police
who caught the animal and returned it to its farm.
Far from being lost in showbiz, Sheridan and other down to earth stars

or just generally been good people.
