Manage a high volume of test results needing completion by entering in the given information from the
technicians in the lab as well as the results from Doctors.

Work to maintain connectivity between our main office and our clients, whether they are past, present
or future clients. Set up new client test programs and test bundles.

Work to ensure that new client deadlines are met for their “Go Live” date as well as prior client “Go
Live” dates are met in regards to implementing new test bundles or new databases.

Make phone calls to the appropriate clients when needed in regards to their test results or any
computer related issues.

Work at completing CRM cases that are in our IT LIS Queue or the CRM cases that are assigned to my
