Please read the following and discuss it with your parents.


If I am selected for a position in the production of ANNIE I realise I must be able to attend ALL rehearsals and
performances.
All rehearsals will take place at the Mornington Campus
Rehearsals take place on WEDNESDAYS from 3.45pm 7.30pm commencing on Wednesday 1 March.
Then SUNDAY rehearsals (1.00pm 5.00pm) commence on Sunday 19 April until Sunday 19 July. There will be 2
additional rehearsals for students in lead roles & Band members only on Sunday 12 April (1.00pm 5.00pm) & Sunday
12 June (1.00pm- 5pm), which are the last days of both April & July school holidays.
One full day rehearsal for Band & Dancers and another full day rehearsal for all performers will also occur during school
hours throughout the rehearsal period (dates TBC).
There will be no other rehearsals during holidays or on long weekends, apart from the 2 specified rehearsals for
students in lead roles and in the production band.

The 5 Performances will be on Thursday 23 July (primary schools matinee & evening), Friday 24 July (evening) &
Saturday 25 July (matinee & evening).
The week of Monday 20 July Saturday 25 July is an intensive week involving the setup in the theatre, technical and
dress rehearsals and the performances. Students would be at the theatre 3-4 days during school hours in that week.
There will be Production Membership Fee of $30 to cover the cost of costume construction and or hire as well as a
printed ANNIE souvenir T-Shirt for all students.
IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES.
If you want to audition BUT cannot attend all rehearsals: Please list any clashes you have with rehearsals due to family,
work and sporting commitments. This will be discussed in the audition.

Auditions will be scheduled during school time and after school hours between Monday 16 February and Friday 20
February on all 3 campuses. Please let us know if you will be absent for any of these days due to excursions etc.
You will be notified of your time via notice boards and the Student Bulletin.

Completed forms must be returned to the box in the Music Room Foyer at Mornington, to Ms Fusco at
Rosebud and to Reception at Tyabb.

FORMS MUST BE IN BY FRIDAY 6 FEBRUARY
