The U881-nx has the following HMI-interface:
1. Top 4 digit 7-segment LED normally shows Process Value display of channel being shown (PV). This indicates the value of the channels
input being measured, in direct engineering units.
2.
Bottom 4 digit 7-segment LED normally shows Channel Number and Alarm Status of channel being shown.
3.
2 nos LEDs A & M for display of Auto-Manual status. The instrument can be operated in automatic mode, wherein the channel display
automatically scrolls through all channels as per user set display interval time. In Manual mode, user can select any channel and hold the
display to that channel.
4.
4 nos. keys for operating the instrument. Their normal functions are given below

Important Note 2: The user must satisfy himself that relays have been correctly assigned/grouped. This is especially important for critical
applications like alarm/trips of safety devices. Standard suggested method is to make a table of desired alarm assignments, so that alarm type
conflicts are avoided while programming the U881NX. (For example, the same relay can be assigned for High or Low Alarm conditions to
different channels.
