INSTRUCTIONS FOR THREE YEARS LL.B. SEMESTER I
ADMISSION OFF-LINE COUNSELLING :
1. All the candidates are requested to check the Final Merit List listed on the
website of the Gujarat University www.gujaratuniversity.org.in.
2. The Off-line Counselling Session is arranged on during July 31- August 5,
2015 Friday to Wednesday (Except Sunday) at GUJARAT UNIVERSITY
SCHOOL OF LAW, Opp. Dadasaheb Pagla Bus stand, Gujarat
University, Ahmedabad for the selection of Centre of Legal Education
(Law Colleges) offering Three Years LL.B. Programme. The candidate
shall have to personally remain present on the scheduled date and time at
the Counselling Session. The Schedule of Off-line Counselling Session is

Note : The candidates of Gujarat University as well as Other

University are shown together in the Final Merit List and given
Combined Merit Number.
3. Candidates who have passed qualifying graduation examination (B.A.,
B.Com., B.Sc. etc) from any University other than Gujarat University and
subsequently completed/taken admission in any other programme of the
Gujarat University (Like M.A., M.Com., DTP, DLP etc.) need not have to
take Provisional Eligibility Certificate from Gujarat University. But such
candidates shall be treated as the candidates of the category of Other
University.
4. The candidates must have all original mark-sheets of all the graduation
semesters/years examinations, Original documents showing date of birth
and other applicable certificates like Caste Certificate, Non-Cream Layer
Certificate, Phy. Handi. Certificate etc. and self-attested copies of the
mark-sheets and certificates.
5. Counselling Session of Semester- I of Three Years LL.B. Programme
will be organized at Gujarat University School of Law, Opp. Dadasaheb
Pagla Bus Stand, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
6. The Candidate will be given option to choose the Centre of Legal
Education (Law College) offering Three Years LL.B. Programme
depending upon the availability of seats and Common Merit Number of
the candidate.

7. Following Centres of Legal Education (Law Colleges) offering Three

Years LL.B. Programmme are having Higher Payment Seats.(120 seats
to each college). The total Fee structure per semester of these colleges for
male and female students will be as per the direction of the Gujarat
University.

8. The candidate has to pay following amount in cash towards Ad-hoc fees at
the Bank Counter at the Gujarat University School of Law itself, if he/she
is offered admission. The rest of the amount of fees, the candidate has to
pay at the Centre of Legal Education (Law College) in which he/she
offered admission on or before 30th July, failing which he/she shall not be
entitled to secure the admission at the concerned PG Centre.

** The rest of the fees of the semester - I are to be paid by the student within
three days from the date of Off Line Counselling to the Centre of Legal
Education (Law College) in which he/she is offered admission failing which
his/her admission will automatically cancelled.

9. Fees once paid shall not be refunded. At the time of payment of remaining
fees to the Centre of Legal Education (Law College), the candidate must
show all original certificates, documents and mark-sheets in order to
secure his/her admission, otherwise the admission cannot be granted.
10. List of Documents to be brought at the time of Counselling :
Original Mark-sheets of all the semesters/years of Qualifying
Graduation Program
Original Mark-sheets of all semesters/years of Masters or other
Programme (if pursued by the candidate)
School Leaving Certificate(or any other original document)
showing Date of Birth of a candidate.
Caste Certificate for SC/ST category candidates

 Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for SEBC category candidates

Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) for students other than
Gujarat Higher Secondary Board or CBSC within Gujarat State.
Civil Surgeons Certificate showing 40 % or more percentage of
disability in case of Persons of Disabilities.
11. The Original documents are required to be presented before the admission
committee at the Off Line Counselling Session for the purpose of
verification only. In case the documents are found to be forged, concocted
or the candidate is not having original documents the Admission
Committee will not grant admission to the candidate.
