customers globally i,e IT’s, ITES’s, Telecom etc. It is a U.S based company and is 25 yrs old.
The company also operates in other verticals such as engineering and IT and provide services
related to these verticals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 JOB TITLE: Lead- Talent Acquisition.


 LOCATION: Bangalore.
 JOB SUMMARY: To recruit people for the 4 core areas (Permanent hiring, contract
staffing, RPO engagements and executive search) in India.
 DUTIES: Man power planning, getting requisitions for hiring, interviewing
candidates and discussions with the hiring manager of different verticals.
 MACHINES/TOOLS: Laptop, mobile phone, internet.
 FORMS/ MATERIALS: Manpower requisition form, candidate screening form,
interview assessment sheet, offer release form, background verification form.
 SUPERVISION GIVEN/RECEIVED: Supervise a team of recruiters and guide
them in terms of sourcing and screening of candidates.
 REPORT TO: The Delivery Head (takes care of entire Allegis India).
 WORKING CONDITIONS: Peaceful environment with friendly colleagues. Six
days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm with Saturday being half day.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Same as duties.

 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in H.R (optimal).


 EXPERIENCE: 4+ years with recruitment background, good communication and
smart negotiation skills.
 TRAINING: 1 month training on end to end recruitment to make the recruiters aware
of the company’s process.
 JUDGMENT: Medium to high level regarding the right fitment of the candidate.
 INITIATIVE: High level in terms of tracking candidates and working pro- actively.
 PHYSICAL INVOLVEMENT: Very minimal as most of the time it’s telephonic or
internet interview.
 COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good to excellent.
 SENSORY ABILITY: No.
 EMOTIONALITY: Yes/ Maybe.
 ACCOUNTABILITY: It is necessary as projects are dependent on us.
