Buzz! Photography introduction


This website shall be function as an online brochure. This website shall provide complete
information about Buzz! Photography, its services, product range, eye catching layout,
contact details such as phone number, studio address, and email address, and additional
features like a product gallery and blogs (Ezine Articles® 2009). This website shall be easy to
use for the user to get detailed information on the page. This website also shall highlight its
product and services which can be displayed through the images. All of the web pages shall
loads faster and displayed easily.

Buzz! Photography mission statement


The Buzz! Photography web site will provide reviews of its services and product portfolio. It
will provide links to other web sites with related information on photography. It will be
updated at least twice a week.

Buzz! Photography audience determination


The Buzz! Photography web site aim to have visitors includes:

 Couple who is getting married


This group of people is being targeted as to promote the photography service that
provides a full coverage of their wedding ceremony. It is a once in lifetime moment
therefore it is important for these audience to have every precious moment to be
captured and made them cherish. This group might be interested in using the
wedding photography package.

 Couple who is getting engaged


This group of people is being targeted as well as to promote the photography service
that provides a full coverage of their engagement ceremony. This group might be
interested in using the engagement photography package.

 Group of friends and colleagues


This group of people is being targeted as to promote the studio photography service
that provides a medium for them to share fun, cherish, joy, laughter, cheers and
unexpected moments being captured in photos. This group might include school
classmates, university students, cliques, office colleagues and in-a-relationship
partners. This group might be interested in using the studio package.

 Family and proud parents to be


This group is being targeted as to promote the studio photography service that
provides a medium for them to share fun, cherish, joy, laughter, cheers and
unexpected moments being captured in photos. This group might be interested in
having a family portraiture and maternity portraiture.

This group is being targeted as to promote the studio photography service that
provides a medium for them to capture their beauty, professional style and having
their own personal photo profile to be added in their personal portfolio. This group
might be interested in having a personal portraiture.

This group is being targeted as to promote the event/commercial photography
service that provides a medium for them to capture their company profile and any
company events. This group might be interested in event/commercial photography
package.

All of the web pages should be viewable in any browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla
Firefox, Safari or any others commonly used web browser.

The Buzz! Photography web site architecture will be based on a hierarchical structure.

‘About Us’ section
It will display Buzz! Photography logo and a brief history about the company and its founder, Fakhrur
Radzie(Radzie) and Hafizul Ashraf(Rabb). It will also state its objective and mission statement. It will
also display the image of its founder or photographer.

‘Gallery’ section
It will display a few portfolios of Buzz! Photography. It will display photo albums by event, event date
and event location. This photo album will be in image files of JPEG (.jpg) format.

‘Promotion’ section
It will display latest promotion for any Buzz! Photography’s packages. It will provide links to the
promotion package which will shows the product package details, price, any term and conditions
applied for the promotion. It will also display telephone number and an e-mail link of Buzz!
Photography for any inquiries for the package.

It will display a location map of Buzz! Photography studio, its address, details of inquiries to be
provided, and contact details such as person in charge, telephone number and an e-mail link to Buzz!
Photography.

Buzz! Photography form of navigation


Buzz! Photography web site will use a hierarchical navigation (Rocketface® Workshop 2009).
The goal of this form of navigation is to offer the user a clear and simple way to access all
pages in Buzz! Photography web site easily and to do so quickly from anywhere in the
website.

The reason why this web site layout is designed in such way is because:

 To place Buzz! Photography chosen elements in the right place to ensure the visitors
can see the whole picture and easily navigate to all aspects of the web site (Business
Web Factory 2009).
 To ensure the web site only requires minimum scroll-down to read the whole page.
 The site logo of Buzz! Photography is a bee. A bee’s colour is yellow and black.
Therefore, for Buzz! Photography website, the background of this website is to use
the warm colours – yellow and yellow-orange.
 Yellow colour is associated with curiosity, playfulness, cheerfulness and amusements
emotion, meanwhile orange relates to the emotion of comfort and creativity
(Business Web Factory 2009).
 The navigation layer will use black colour for its background with the pink colour for
the text which will be the navigation links for this web site.
 The text colour for each web page will be black colour as well as to reflect the bee’s
coloured and it will be easily readable by the user. The information provided in this
web site will able to flow in an easy and structured manner such that the
information makes sense and follows in order.
 The navigation bar is always located on the top of the page in order to make
scanning the web pages content easier.

 The layout of this web site will enable the visitors to read each pages in a
straightforward way from top to bottom.
