Batlhatlhobi Inspections is wholly owned black company. The
company is consisting of 2 black young men.

The company is an emerging company within the Passenger Bus

Services sector. The company provides essential services for Bus
Operators and also seeks to provide its expertise in the Passenger
Rail sector. Our services are also marketed at the Public Sector
particularly Departments of Transport.

The company provides value for money, tailor/custom-made and

flexible services mainly Ticket Inspections and Revenue Protection
solutions, Under-Cover Inspections and Investigations, Route/Duty
Monitoring, Passenger Surveys, Census and Consulting services.

We are the service provider of choice within the passenger bus

and trained in their respective fields including Inspection
Operations Services within Passenger Bus Services
sector.Batlhatlhobi is currently providing Ticket Inspection and
Examination Service for Marinpine Transport (Pty) T/A Olympic Bus
Lines in Durban,Kwa Zulu Natal.

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: Mohurutshe Moile has extensive

experience in the Passenger Transport Industry. He held various key
positions in the Passenger Bus Sector including being a Chief
Inspector, Supervisor and Inspector, Company’s Spokesperson, a
Management Team Member and also acted as an Operations Manager
at Top Gear Bus Service (Pty)Ltd.Also worked at Service

Providers,eg.TickTeck and Reakgona Inspectorate. He has won
several accolades as an Inspector and built himself a track record
within the Passenger Bus Services Industry. Some of the clients that
the CEO has worked on while at TickTeck and Reakgona are Putco,
SMT, Olympic Bus Service, Maluti Bus Service, South Coast Bus
Service, Mncibelo and Autopax trading as Translux and City to City.
Apart from the vast work experience, the CEO holds a National
Diploma in Marketing from UNISA and currently studying further
through distance learning.

DIRECTOR: FINANCE AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT: Molefe

Morokane, hold a B.Sc Degree from University of KwaZulu-Natal
(then University of Durban-Westville) and currently working in the
public sector as an Assistant Director for Water and Resource
Protection. He has extensive experience in Strategic planning, Water
and Environmental Management. He is a member of Board of
Directors at Thuso Itsile Shuttle Services. He has a keen interest in
the Transport Sector.

OUR SERVICES

The Company offer and provide the following services:

• TICKET INSPECTIONS AND EXAMINATIONS

The service entails checking tickets on bus passengers

randomly and per request from the clients. We check the
validity and authencity of tickets. Thorough, surprise and
random checks and audits are conducted on shifts and/or
duties whether en-route/roving system and/or fixed points.

• UNDER-COVER INSPECTIONS

• It is a known phenomenon within passenger bus services

sectors that corruption, fraud and theft is rampant and works
in syndicate manner. We then are able to provide Under-cover
Inspections and Investigations in order to assess the level of
corruption, fraud and theft within client’s operations. The
service is very sensitive and the company provides it in a
secret manner so to avoid litigation. Inspectors could not be
provided information about under-cover inspections, as the
company will use it to check and monitor Inspectors on

 regular basis and also to uncover the fraudulent and corrupt
tactics and activities.
• ROUTE/DUTY MONITORING

This service entails monitoring the compliance of bus

operators’ contract routes.

• CENSUS

The service is provided to Bus Operators and also to Public

sector focusing on Transport Department. The company
checks and count passengers the client commutes per duty/
shift and trips undertaken. The service provides the client an
opportunity to assess the viability of their routes and certain
duties and/or trips.

• CONSULTATION SERVICE

Providing consultative services in relation to Bus Business

Operation, Revenue protection and Quality control in the
passenger transport sector.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Each Inspection Team that we provide includes a woman. Our

Inspectors are vigorously screened and inducted on our Integrated
Inspection Strategy, Policies and Procedures. For every period of
three (3) months they undergo a Polygraph Testing in order test
their honesty and trustworthiness.

Our Inspectors have recently passed the Polygraph Test excellently

at Marinpine Transport (Pty) Ltd T/A Olympic Bus Lines in Durban,
Kwa Zulu Natal.
