Description :
We are well known for a customer service and food
quality we use the highest quality food to satisfy all of our
customers. We do all different occasion's from parties to weddings we
dont just do food catering we also have marquis and table's and chairs
that can be hired and set up for outdoor occasion's.

I. Introduction
The kosher catering market is an interesting one. There are several
caters that offer services that are quite similar to each other in
terms of price and menu options. For whatever reasons,there has been
little demand by consumer to get caters to innovate their menu. This
is not too say that consumers would not welcome new kosher menu
items,it is just that people have incorrectly made the assumption that
kosher meals have to be boring. Fressen will occupy a niche in the
kosher catering market that offers new creative menu items,broadening
peoples conception of kosher food. This market consists of two target
segmensts that are differentiated by household income.

II. Marketing Analysis


The are two types of catering service menu's the the lower cheaps
class and the higher luxury class both come with two different meu's
and and price's per head most of the people having gathering's get the
lower but the people having weddings get the higher class we have
worked out how much percent of people get either menu's, 67% Cheaper
menu 33 % get the luxury menu we have also noticed that people that
get the cheaper menu are not fully statisfied but we are trying to
change here at kosher catering to bring you top service and food.

The target market strategy will not be significantly different to


address the two different groups. Both groups, regardless of income
typically belong to the same group of religious congregations.

Therefore, to reach the different groups does not require a distinctly


different strategy. What differentiation it will require is different
menu offerings needed to satisfy the different groups. The upper-end
menu items are cost prohibitive for the middle class target.

Marketing Segmentation Strategy


Plan to be the best with our marketing plan we put out our signs and
brochures but we need a strutcted plan for the business to run we
need people in the office answer phones booking events so we have
somewhere to go and cater we need a finical officer to see our income
and how much we have earned and what we need to improve a co-ceo so if
the ceo is away or ill we still have some and a head of catering so
that we have someone controlling the event and making sure everything
is ready and on time these are some of the most important people that
control the events an the company these people keep the whole company
on two feet and maintaining its stability.
