constructions and installations works are detailed activity breakdown are

3. Mobilization & Preliminary Works
Civil/Structural
Once the setting out of the particular temporary work has been fully completed,
QM JV will start the Mobilization work will be started after getting Approvals of
Statutory authorities and Agencies for Temporary Work. The submission and
approval of work method statements, shop drawing, design and procurements are
sub divided in to the following categories Civil/Structural, Architectural, Electrical,
Mechanical, IT Facilities, Equipment and Local Access Road development for
various Mobilization works.
The following Temporary Works Facilities are included in our Mobilization plan at
initial stage
excavation works will begin for footings. With a finish-to-start relationship

start and proceed in respective order: (The Construction of Frame Structure,

Activity durations and resource assignments, assumed daily production,

required logics and their lags for predecessors and successors will be
modified if necessary based on site obstructions/ interfaces. Hence Phase
planning will be subjected to modification if necessary. And the Baseline

As indicated in the Planning Methodology QM JV intends to start the work
with Foul Water line in Area A1 & A2 and followed with the infrastructure
and utility Building works. Assuming that all the necessary permits and
approvals will be issued on time and no obstructions will stop QM JVs
