21 Annual Camp Gordon Johnston Days were March 11 & 12

This two-day event was a great success with a large turn-out to all the
activities! The weekend started with an open house at the Museum
Friday with a hospitality meal at the American Legion Post 82 Friday
night. Early Saturday morning, Breakfast at Hog Wild Bar-B-Q, a fabulous
parade down Highway 98 through downtown Carrabelle, followed by a
vendor swap meet with vendors, food, and veteran organizations
represented. And a closer look at the historic vehicles! Back to the
Museum for some live music and vocalist Mrs. Jennifer Duncan with
finger food, tours of the museum and documentaries showing in the
movie theater. Saturday night, a Dinner Dance with live entertainment
at the FC Senior Center. A great weekend honoring all veterans! A huge
thank-you goes out to all the volunteers that made this weekend such a
memorable event!
