SUMMARY:
Job opportunity for enthusiastic, talented and ambitious veterinarian to join
our team of dedicated caregivers. We are a two-doctor AAHA-accredited
small animal practice located near downtown Larco. Our practice is well
equiped with new digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and complete
endoscopic and laparascopic equipment.
We strive to create a positive, memorable client and patient experience while
educating our clients on our commitment to quality care for their pets. Our
detail-oriented staff advocate for what is best for the pet and conscientiously
follow up with clients to ensure that they are able to follow our
recommendations without difficulty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include client interactions, standard medical and surgical
protocols as well as the opportunity to learn more advanced diagnostic
procedures. Intiial schedule will involve working Saturdays, Mondays and
possibly Tuesdays, with some flexibility as needed for special circumstances.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required. Salary range $45K-50K for 2
days/week with opportunity for increases based on production/performance
and additional hours worked.

DESCRIPTION
Recruiting Coordinator
SUMMARY:
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join Pixar's Talent
Acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator. Recruiting Coordinator
responsibilities include effective tracking and oversight of the candidate
interview process, scheduling, database management and
administrative/operational support. Accuracy, a strong customer service
orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are
critical to the success of this role. In addition to working with a dynamic
recruiting team, this role affords the opportunity to learn the recruitment
function and contribute to providing a positive candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and support the recruiting process and draft offer letters.
Work with interviewers (and their assistants) to schedule interviews
(on-site, phone and Skype) as requested.
Schedule recruiter phone screens.
Support the candidate experience with travel preparations,
itineraries, recommendations.
Create new hire offer packets and temporary employee new hire
packets.
Perform data entry, ensuring all candidates and interview details are
accurately entered into the applicant tracking system.
Screen and route resumes received via the mail and respond to
email and phone inquiries.
Handle special projects as required.
