Koto Ryu Koppo Jutsu

Hello Everyone,
The Canadian Genbukan is extremely pleased to announce
the hosting of Tanemura Sensei once again here in Canada. Sensei
is giving us the honour and privilege of demonstrating:
KOTO RYU KOPPO JUTSU
The Tai Kai will be held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, on
September 17-20th, 2009. Sensei will be accompanied by Shihan
James Wright, who will be assisting to facilitate the Tai Kai.

The schedule for the Tai Kai will be as follows:

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING:
Will take place at the Asahi Judo Club located at 805 Victoria St
South, Kitchener, Ontario. This is a beautiful dojo that has well
over 4000 square feet of tatami mat space along with a suspension
floor. A courtesy shuttle will be provided from the hotel!

hotels fill up very fast. I have reserved about 150 rooms but will

BELT TESTING FOR KOTO RYU AND DAN RANKINGS

For the attendees planning to test for KOTO RYU

KOPPO JUTSU, I will require the dojo chos to prepare a list
of their students that will be testing, including each students
membership number and rank, and the name of the person
providing permission for each student.
In relation to Dan rankings, I will again need a list
prepared from each dojo cho with the students names and
membership numbers and what rank they are testing for.
Please include the name of the person who is recommending
the test for each student, along with the stated rank and the
length of time they have been in their current rank.
I will need the above information submitted to me by
no later than August 15th, 2009, to ensure you will be able to
test and to prepare a report for Sensei. If the above
information is not received by this date, you will NOT be
testing. Please use the forms provided below.

TESTING FEES
Sensei has been gracious enough to offer a discount on testing fees
for the Koto Ryu Koppo Jutsu, due to the economic hard times we
are currently facing. We should all say Domo Arigato
Gozaimashita for this.
