European Dialogue on Internet Governance 2010
April 29-30th, Madrid

What is the Spanish Internet Governance Forum?

IGF-Spain is an open and decentralized space for the debate on policies that support the susttainability and
robustness of the Internet. This is a national initiative inspired by the Internet Governance Forum, a platform
for multistakeholder dialogue, answering to the nation’s need to design its own public policy according to its
own identity in terms of culture, language and respect towards individuals’ rights, always in line with regional
strategies and international conventions and agreements.
