4. MAIN BODY.
Jamsa identifies two key points when insuring impartiality, independence and
confidentiality of its operations and services, such as hiring staff to join the coaching staff
Jamsa and hiring a service inspection and / or certification itself, by a customer. Then the
actions to be performed in each of these steps to ensure impartiality, independence and
confidentiality of Jamsa in its operations are described.
Any inspector or technician who becomes part of the team of NDT PANAMA hamsa is
contractually obliged to sign the confidentiality agreement. In the same prohibition to
share is specified with no external agent any details about customers, operations,
inspections or services that is involved Jamsa PANAMA NDT.
Likewise, Jamsa staff, by contract, cannot belong to other institutions, inspection bodies
or any company that might pose a threat to the principles of confidentiality, impartiality
and independence of Jamsa. All these details are highlighted and signed by staff at the
time of recruitment, by signing contract with Jamsa.
Similarly, all Jamsa staff when formalizing their recruitment endorses the code of ethics
of Jamsa, by FOR-G-001 "Format for code of ethics" format.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Ensure that each employee, firm and subscribe confidentiality agreements and
ethics at the time of hire.
2) Register and archive confidentiality agreements and format code of ethics signed
by the staff of Jamsa.

1) Subscribe, sign and comply to the letter confidentiality agreements, code of ethics
established by Jamsa NDT PANAMA and quality policies
2) Declare the existence of any relationship that compromises the impartiality,
independence and confidentiality services Jamsa.

3) Report any pressures suffered by any internal or external entity, for the provision
of services or inspections assigned by Jamsa.
