CHICKEN AND CORN CREAM SOUP

Bahan:
200 gram dada ayam, rebus, potong-potong kotak
100 gram jagung manis pipil
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang kasar
2 sendok makan tepung terigu
750 ml kaldu ayam
200 ml cooking cream
1/2 sendok makan garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok makan mentega, untuk menumis
2 lembar roti tawar potong kotak kecil, oven hingga kering untuk pelengkap
Bahan Taburan:
1 sendok makan keju parmesan
1 sendok teh peterseli cincang

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan mentega. Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu. Aduk sampai bergumpal. Tambahkan kaldu ayam sedikit-sedikit sambil
diaduk sampai kental.
3. Tambahkan ayam dan jagung. Aduk rata. Masukkan garam dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan cooking cream. Masak sampai mendidih.
4. Sajikan dengan taburan dan crouton.

1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
6 cooked bacon slices, crumbled, divided
2 green onions, sliced

blended. Add 1/3 of the bacon; mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.

Cara Membuat:

Preparation
Cara Pembuatan:
1. Aduk semua bahan jadi satu tambahkan
BLUE BAND Cake Margarine aduk rata.
2. Timbang pasta kentang kurang lebih 35gr lalu tutup ke
alumunium yang sudah diisi. Oleskan kuning telur
dan taburkan keju cheddar. Panggang dengan api

sampai kecoklatan.
3. Untuk hiasan yang dispet tambahkan
BLUE BAND Cake Margarine hingga pasta kentang mudah
dispet.
4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, jamur kaleng, wortel,
buncis, dada ayam fillet dengan BLUE BAND Cake Margarine,
aduk hingga rata dan ayam matang.
5. Tambahkan susu cair, masak hingga mendidih, kecilkan
api, tambahkan KNORR Chicken Powder, garam, merica,
gula dan biji pala, aduk rata.
6. Untuk tutup: Campurkan pfanni dengan air panas, aduk
rata, lalu tambahkan BLUE BAND Cake Margarine, garam
dan merica aduk rata.
7. Tuangkan isi kedalam cup aluminium hingga 3/4 cup, lalu
tutup dengan adonan kentang.
8. Poles adonan kentang dengan telur, hias dengan keju
cheddar parut, panggang hingga kecoklatan.
