Ive been in Madrid with my brother for three days because we wanted to see El clasico
de Madrid between Real Madrid and Atletico de Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeus
stadium, I was so excited. First we flew from Mexico to Madrid, the airfare is very
expensive, and we bought 18000 pesos for tourist class. We hated it because behind
us, a lady was with her baby and he didnt stop to cry for the nine hours of flight. When
we came to the Madrids Airport, my brother lost his bag. Fortunately, we went to
cousins house and we stayed with him, our cousin has been in Madrid for seven years
and hes been working for Iberdrola, and he lent some clothes for my brother. Later we
bought the tickets for the match and these were very expensive, till the cheap tickets
were expensive, we spent 1500 euros. Then we enter to the stadium and it is so big and
crowded, I've never seen before something so wonderful, all the seats are blue, and
most people had the Real Madrids t-shirt and few people with the t-shirt of Atletico de
Madrid. We wait thirty minutes for the beginning of the match, when the soccer players
go to the field, everybody shout Real Madrid and CR7, and it was so amazing. When
the match start the Real Madrid suffered because the Atletico was fast in the attack
with Griezmann, and he could make a goal in the minute 30 for a mistake of Ramos,
people was sad in the halftime, when the second time started, the Real Madrid was
better than Atletico, and They had the best opportunities of goal, until minute 75, CR7
made a beautiful goal from outside the area, but the match finished in draw, because
Atleticos goalkeeper stopped two greats chances of Real Madrid. I think it wasnt a
good match but I hope to see again to the Real Madrid in a final of Champions League.
Then of the match we ate a paella in the cousins house and we visited different places
of Madrid like La puerta de Alcala and Plaza Mayo, both are pretty places. In the
night we went back to Mexico and thats all. I couldn't enjoy the next two days because
Real Madrid didn't win the match, and I was sad.
