Background
Ms. Conlon, Ms. Fein, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Leach, Ms. Reilly, Ms. Scali, and Ms. Toto are each filling new positions.
These appointments are made possible by IDEA funding to support the special education inclusion model or provide
additional special education classes due to increased enrollment. Ms. Reillys appointment is pending receipt of her
NJ Elementary School Teacher and Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificates. Ms. Rutkowskis appointment
is pending receipt of her NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate. Ms. Totos appointment is pending
receipt of her NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate.
Mr. Barba is replacing Michelle Harth.
Ms. Fagan is replacing the remaining .5 of Joe Fannings assignment. This appointment is pending receipt of her NJ
Educational Media Specialist certificate.
Ms. Finn is replacing Lora Wegner.
Mr. Frudden is replacing Natalie Wells, who resigned.
Ms. Grierson is replacing Maryrose Caulfield-Sloan, who resigned.
Ms. Gutkin, Ms. Laurence, Ms. Maciorowski, and Ms. Magnani are each filling new budgeted positions due to
enrollment.
