St Augustine’s Primary School Bulletin: Monday 3rd May 2010

• I hope you all enjoyed the Easter break. Didn’t it seem long this year? Thank you for a great welcome
back! Many thanks also to everyone who made sure that the school continued to run as normal in my
absence.
• MAY DEVOTIONS: During the month of May the school bell will ring a 12noon for us all to say the Hail
Mary or the Angelus. RE books should reflect our devotion to Mary during this month.
• LSAs: I have not yet received a signed copy of your Performance Management from the following:
Kim, Rosie, Dee, Maria F, Gail, Gabby, Denise, Deborah, Lorraine S, Angela, Kelly.
• PPA – Due to school being closed for Polling Day, all teachers will be given their PPA time on
Thursday 6th May. Please see Kirsty regarding any issues to do with this.
• IEPs: Could teachers please choose an IEP time slot as soon as possible. Sheets are displayed in
staffrooms. If you cannot find a suitable time, please contact Bruna Ranjan directly.
• This week Mrs Brannan, Display Co-ordinator, will be based in the Junior Department. Please fill in a
request in the book Junior Office if you need help preparing displays, putting up displays etc.
• Overtime Claim Sheets: The next cut off date for completed claim forms is 9th May
