Zakynthos, also known as Fior di Levante, is the third largest island of the Ionian Sea. It is a green island blessed
with natural beauty, rare geological phenomena, fertile fields and a temperate climate, full of amazing beaches (e.g.
Navagio (shipwreck), multi-award winning beach and one of the most famous in the Mediterranean) and magical
caves ready to be explored. In Zakynthos rules also apply concerning the protection of the loggerhead sea turtle
(Caretta - Caretta). The Venetian architectural influence is evident on the island, which is also famous for its cultural life.
KEFALONIA
Kefalonia, the largest Ionian island, is one of the most attractive Greek destinations. Magnificent scenery, astonishing
beaches, rich cultural heritage, great monuments, mountains, castles, monasteries and hospitable people; is there more to
ask for? The island is endowed with an exquisite nature (like the mountain Aenos - National Park since 1962, supporting
rich flora and fauna) and diverse geological formations, countless coves, and rich vegetation. The film Captain Corellis
Mandolin, shot on location on Kefalonia, made the latter famous throughout the world, drawing masses of visitors.
ITHACA

It has been characterized of exquisite natural beauty as a whole, featuring rugged coasts fringed in gas-blue water, precipitous,
arid mountains and olive groves among tiny harbors, picturesque little villages, Byzantine monasteries and churches and ancient
ruins. Vathi, the capital, is a pretty town with a peculiar sheltered bay embracing the Lazareto islet with its two Venetian castles.
