Ofc Garcia (2J07) reports a 211 PC from the 700blk of 41st St at 2004hrs. One victim no medical. Two
suspects armed with a firearm not in custody fled in a vehicle with the loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified;

located and pronounced deceased at the scene by OPD at 1608hrs. No visible signs of trauma. Sgt/Watch

located with possible injuries and pronounced deceased at the scene by OPD at 2314hrs. Homicide call out

medical. Three suspects armed with firearms not in custody fled on foot. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no
